Welcome to the Fly Tying Information Page

At the Mission Peak Fly Anglers we hold monthly workshops where our members and occasionally guest tiers demonstrate and lead the group in tying new patterns. Often these workshops are in preparation for upcoming fishouts. Our Newsletter publishes the pattern(s) of the month ahead of time, including materials & tying instructions. Visitors are always welcome.

The members have the option of tying along with the guest tiers or to observe the presentations.  The tying demonstrations are video taped and the video made from the demonstration can be seen by clicking on the link on our Video Page. 

The Fly Tying workshop takes place at the Fremont Art Center, 3375 Country Dr, in Fremont.  Refer to our calendar for date and time.

Our club is interested in providing information for our members and the visitors to our site.  You will find links to web sites that provide fly tying information.  Also, we will include links to web sites where you can purchase tools and materials.  We will attempt to include only those sites that we think are reliable.
